Festifools

On the 1st Sunday of April, a unique happening takes place in downtown Ann Arbor, MI. A makeshift parade of large papier mache puppets makes its way down Main Street from William to Liberty. The puppets are collaborations between the University of Michigan's art school and the greater Ann Arbor community. The event is colorful, and certainly out of the ordinary. Rain (and a good deal of it) threatened to spoil this year's event. However, neither rain nor sleet nor whatever could keep these people from having a great day out!!
